Do I need to buy my own parts?
No. We source OEM or quality aftermarket parts through our suppliers — your call. Pricing is quoted upfront, and our labor is backed by our 1-month / 1,000-mile warranty.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain, we bring pop-up shelters and work anyway. For deep engine tear-downs in heavy weather, we'll reschedule rather than risk your engine's internals — and say so upfront.
How does payment work?
$50 dispatch gets the van rolling to you — paid upfront by card, Apple Pay, or secure invoice on your phone and then $25 every 30 minutes. Any additional repair work after that is quoted in writing for your approval.
Are you insured?
Yes — $1M liability coverage on every job, on your property. Certificate available on request.
